Please read the following instructions carefully and try to solve the problem you met.

1. If you didn't receive any email from us, please check your junk/spam folder, search "pol@tergarasia.org" in your mailbox and check other emails you may used for enrollment.
1. 如果您沒有收到我們的電子郵件，請檢查您的垃圾郵件箱，在郵箱中搜索 "pol@tergarasia.org"，並檢查您可能用於報名的其他電子郵箱。

2. If you lost confirmation or reminder email, don't worry. You don't need them to join the teaching, just login https://learning.tergarasia.org and enter your email address as user name with the password you assigned before. If this is your first time login, the initial password is "123456". Please change it after login.
2. 如果您丟失了確認或提醒電郵，請不要擔心。您不需要任何電郵即可加入教學，只需登錄 https://learning.tergarasia.org/?lang=zh_tw，然後使用您報名的電郵作為用戶名稱及輸入密碼即可。如果這是您的首次登錄，則初始密碼為“ 123456”。登錄後請立即更改。

3. If you forgot your password, simply click on "Forgotten your name or password?" and enter your email address to get the password reset email. If you don't receive the password reset email, complete the following form and we'll get back to you soon.
3. 如果您忘記了密碼，請單擊“忘記帳號或密碼嗎？”。並輸入您的電子郵件地址以索取重置密碼電郵。如果您沒有收到密碼重設電子郵件，請填寫以下表格，我們會盡快與您聯繫。

4. You cannot access POL Level 3 & 4 after login to learning page. Perhaps you have used another email address for enrollment in POL 3&4. Please check the confirmation / reminder email from us.
4. 登錄學習頁面後，您無法訪問解脫道三及四階。也許您使用了另一個電子郵件地址報名。請查看我們的確認/提醒電子郵件。

5. When you click on "Link to Retreat" inside POL Level 3 & 4, the screen showed the Webinar has been scheduled at ... or the Webinar is waiting for host to start. That means it's not the scheduled teaching time yet. The time being shown is Beijing / Hong Kong / Singapore / Taiwan Time (CET +8). Please try again 30 minutes before the scheduled teaching time.
5. 單擊解脫道三及四階中的“上課鏈接”時，屏幕顯示網絡研討會已排定於...或網絡研討會正在等待主持人開始。這意味著還不是預定的教學時間。所顯示的時間是北京/香港/新加坡/台灣時間（格林威治標準時間 +8）。請在預定的授課時間前30分鐘重試。

6. You got "Your browser does not support Zoom". Please follow the instruction on screen - copy & paste the link to a browser which supports Zoom and open the link from there.
6. 您收到“您的瀏覽器不支援Zoom”。請按照屏幕上的說明進行操作-將鏈接複製並粘貼到支援Zoom的瀏覽器中，然後從那裡打開鏈接。

7. You don't hear any sound in the Webinar. Click the audio icon on bottom left corner (or top left corner), select the first or other options one by one until you hear sound.
7. 您在網絡研討會上沒有聽到任何聲音。單擊左下角（或左上角）的音頻圖標，選擇第一個或其他選項，直到聽到聲音為止。

8. You cannot find the globe icon to select interpretation channel you need. You have to join the webinar with Zoom Application rather than join with browser. Click on "Open Zoom Meeting" or "Launch Meeting" when prompted.
8. 您找不到地球圖標來選擇所需的口譯頻道。您必須使用Zoom 應用軟件加入網絡研討會，而不是直接使用瀏覽器。出現提示時，單擊“打開Zoom會議”或“啟動會議”。

9. You heard other languages mixed with the interpretation channel you have selected. Try disable original audio, if problem persist, leave Zoom Webinar and join again.
9. 您聽見其他語言與您所選擇的口譯頻道混合在一起。嘗試禁用原始音頻，如果問題仍然存在，請離開Zoom網絡研討會，然後再次加入。

10. Your screen was frozen with or without sound. Zoom Application will hang or not responding when network connection is not stable or your device has other resource demanding applications running. Try reboot your device and join again with broadband LAN connection instead of using Wi-Fi / mobile data network. If problem persist, use another device / network connection to join.
10. 您的屏幕凍結了，有或沒有聲音。當網絡連接不穩定或您的設備正在運行其他需要資源的應用程式時，Zoom應用程式將停止操作或沒有反應。嘗試重新啟動設備，然後再次使用寬頻網絡連接，而不是使用Wi-Fi / 移動數據網絡。如果問題仍然存在，請使用其他設備/網絡連接加入。

11. If you have other Zoom related problem, please update Zoom to the latest version at https://zoom.us/support/download and try again.

12. If you have any question for Rinpoche and Khenpo or about the course, please put them in Q&A function of Zoom Webinar. We only handle technical issues here.

13. Cannot find practice guide in learning page. The practice guide will be available on the last day of teaching.
